We are a counselling centre that specialises in counselling children and young adults (Ages 3 to 30). We offer Personal Counselling and Career Counselling. We provide life skills education programs for adolescents. We conduct assessments to identify Learning Disabilities and provide remedial classes for the same. We also guide college students enhance their soft skills to give them a winning edge in their career.

Transcend Training Academy
Transcend Training Academy is a division of Transcend CPE that focuses on equipping the youth with various skills necessary to progress in their career in social science. It conducts Certificate Courses, Workshops, Internship Programs and Guidance for Research. It is also a think-tanks for Academic and Research pursuits.
Our programs are highly practical, interactive and participative, consisting of several activities and simulations designed to help participants apply classroom learning to real life situations. Ms. Srividya Sudharson
She is a psychologist with more than 20 years of experience in school counselling. She founded Transcend in the year 2007. She is highly skilled in analysing the client's needs and she guides them through effective counselling to enhance their personal wellbeing. She has also developed standardized psychometric tests - "Transcend's Career Suitability Tool Kit" to guide youngsters take effective career decisions.

Mrs. M Megala
She is our Chief Operating Officer and experienced school psychologist. She is highly skilled in counselling children and adolescents. She heads our Special Education Department. She is an expert career counsellor who helps young adults choose careers most suitable for them. She also conducts workshops for teachers and parents in raising children
Ms. Sakthi Shenbagavalli

Ms. Sakthi Shenbagavalli
She is our senior psychologist and internship coordinator. She is an expert in analysing the mental health issues among adolescents and guiding them through counselling. She has developed life skills modules on various topics and facilitates the same. She coordinates our internship programs and mentors the interns through effective learning and development

She has more than 5years of experience in the clinical field. She conducts counseling sessions and psychometric tests. She conducts various tests to identify developmental disorders and learning disabilities among children.
Ms. Hyma Bala
Senior Psychologist
Ms. Hyma Bala
She is our senior psychologist, experienced in counselling and facilitating Life Skills education. She counsels children and adolescents for various behavioural and emotional problems. She is skilled in screening children for learning disabilities and planning remedial education for them. She also coordinates the career counselling programs we organise in various schools.
